Fear of release; A release of fear!

Fear is a debilitating and robust sensation. A feeling of fear can cause one to lose faith in themselves, to give up before realizing success. Only to find yourself staring at a mountain of rebasing merges to pull in to your local branch? This is a pretty common situation when your team is leveraging a rebase centric methodology. Feverishly pushing small changes and stacking up those precious commits. All the while creating an ever-growing list of rebase commits that you will eventually have to pour over and ensure not to break your code or that of others!...
